• Call or WhatsApp us directly

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial account details, Aadhaar numbers, or medical records through this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely to:

• Contact you with insurance quotes, policy information, or to schedule a consultation
• Respond to your enquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp
• Recommend appropriate insurance products based on your stated requirements

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data may be shared only in the following situations:

• With IRDAI-regulated insurance companies — only when you explicitly request a quote or policy from a specific insurer
• Via WhatsApp — when you submit a quote request, the details are sent to Sachin Kathuria's WhatsApp number (919013976999) via the WhatsApp API. WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy applies to that communication
• As required by law — if required by IRDAI, court order, or applicable Indian law

4. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. This website does not store your personal details in a database — enquiry data is transmitted directly to Sachin Kathuria via WhatsApp or email and is handled in accordance with standard professional confidentiality practices.

The AI Document Scanner processes uploaded images using browser-based technology (Tesseract.js / Google Gemini API). Images are not uploaded to or stored on PolicyRaj's servers. If you use the Gemini AI engine, your document image is sent to Google's API — Google's Privacy Policy applies.

5. Cookies

This website uses only essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember your AI engine preference (Gemini API key). No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics are used.

6. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us so we can delete it.
