6. Claims Assistance

PolicyRaj provides guidance and support during the claims process. However, the decision to admit, reject, or partially settle any claim rests solely with the insurance company under the terms of the policy. PolicyRaj cannot and does not guarantee the outcome of any claim.

7. Grievance Redressal

We take every concern seriously. If you have a grievance related to advisory services or any policy purchased through us, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us first: Sachin Kathuria — 9013976999 / sachin@policyraj.in. We aim to acknowledge grievances promptly and resolve them at the earliest.
2. Insurer's Grievance Cell: If unresolved, escalate to the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) of the insurance company that issued your policy. GRO contact details appear in your policy document and on the insurer's website.
3. IRDAI Bima Bharosa: If the insurer does not resolve your complaint within the prescribed time, register it with IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal at bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in or call the IRDAI Grievance Call Centre (toll-free 155255 / 1800 4254 732).
4. Insurance Ombudsman: For eligible disputes, you may approach the Insurance Ombudsman for your jurisdiction — details at www.cioins.co.in.

8. Beware of Fraud

PolicyRaj will never ask you to deposit premiums into any personal bank account, promise unusual bonuses, or request OTPs or passwords. Premium payments should always be made directly to the insurance company. If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from IRDAI or PolicyRaj, do not share any information and report it to the authorities.
